Mr Roy Browne

Founder and Managing Director
With over twenty-five (25) years of experience in the hospitality industry cost control and purchasing, and property management, he has worked with several regional and international hospitality brands and served on the Board of the Intimate Hotels of Barbados.

Ms Luciene Mason

Account Service and Audit Manager
One of the company’s first team members, Luciene brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to many areas of the IMS Client experience, as well as guidance to the entire IMS team.

Ms Shola Johnson

Senior System Support Administrator
Shola is part of our expert support team, ensuring that our clients access the professional level of support when required.

Mrs Paula Niles-Ward

Senior Inventory Management Specialist
Paula is a formally trained Accounts professional who also processes many years of senior management experience.

Mr Leroy Lowe

Purchasing Specialist
Leroy is a purchasing professional with extensive experience working for large hospitality and construction companies.

Mr Jerome Dixon

Senior Engineer
A Computer Science graduate of the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus, Jerome is our senior software developer and is considered one of the best developers in the Caribbean.
