Click Maintenance on the navigation bar From the drop-down menu select Adjustments button and the Adjustments main page is displayed. Select Add Adjustment button and the Create Adjustment Page is displayed:
Note: If item card is blue you have enough stock on hand. If item card is greyed-out this means the item has no stock on-hand.
Note: The Process button for Internal Transfers would only be displayed when the Internal Transfer has been authorized and all items on the Internal transfer
